Manu grew up in a small town called La Paquita, Cordoba, Argentina.
His love for travel took him around the world where through fate and his love for surfing he ended up in Byron Bay. A place where the beach, a love for nature and community felt like home.
Coffee has also been a big part of his adventures so naturally one of his first jobs, 11 years ago, was as a barista and that passion for hospitality kept growing.
Ewran came onboard to Otherside early on to create a menu that is simple yet elevated. Dishes that are clean use local, fresh and organic ingredients. Where our baked goods are baked daily in house.
Otherside isn’t just a cafe, it’s a combination of art, lifestyle a love for food, coffee and community. Somewhere everyone is welcomed with a smile, amazing breakfast and bloodly good coffee :)
